We are seeking an experienced developer to build a simple AI-powered job description generator for a healthcare job board. The tool will allow recruiters to quickly generate structured, high-quality job postings based on a few input fields. This is a lean MVP project with potential for ongoing work.

Core Functionality:

Input fields (max 5): Specialty, Location, Salary (optional), Employment Type, Setting
AI-generated output: Job Title, Summary, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits
Editable output with “Copy” and “Post Job” actions
Fast generation time (under 3 seconds)
Clean, simple, and mobile-responsive UI

Requirements:

Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
Ability to build fast, user-friendly interfaces
Strong front-end and back-end development skills

Bonus:

Experience building AI tools or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with job boards
Ability to suggest UX/UI improvements

Integration:

Tool will be embedded into an existing website
