Google tag manager and google ads for conversion tracking – confirm or complete set up

Project Description
Currently have GTM, GA4 and GA accounts set up. I have running ads but no conversions (few days in). However, Google sent an email saying conversions are not set up and offering a credit if I continue to set up conversions. I was told by another freelancer it is set up. I am not sure if this is something that needs addressed on my site or in GA manager. I am looking for an expert to review and fix (or confirm).
