We are a UK-based letting and estate agency looking to set up a simple AI call answering system for missed calls.
Our phone system (BT cloud) will divert unanswered calls to an AI number.
We need someone to build a system where:
AI answers incoming calls professionally
Collects basic caller information:
Full name
Phone number
Reason for call
Property address (if relevant)
After the call, an email is automatically sent to our enquiries inbox with structured details
