Tube Marketing Specialist — Belle Muse

We're hiring a Tube Marketing Specialist at Belle Muse, a boutique marketing agency working with top OnlyFans talent.

Tubes is a high-ROI channel that we know how to win at — we've taken multiple models to the top of the tubes before. What's missing is the engine and the human resources to do it consistently and keep them there. That's the role.

What you'll do:
Upload and publish clips on Pornhub, Xhamster, and Sheer
Proactively manage compliance documentation
Ensure each profile is a high-quality representation of the creator's brand
Monitor platform rules, algorithm changes, and growth opportunities
Reply to inbound comments to drive conversion

Requirements — your application will be rejected if you don't meet these:
Hands-on tube experience for OnlyFans models specifically, within the last 1–2 years
Either at an agency, as a freelancer working with OF models, or as an OF model managing your own tubes
Deep operational understanding of Pornhub, Xhamster, and Sheer
Fluent English
Available 40 hrs/week

Compensation: $3K+/month, hourly, full-time 40 hrs/week. Belle Muse is a meritocracy — it's not uncommon for team members to triple their income over the years if the ROI is really there.
