Role Overview
This position focuses on written communication — responding to subscribers, building engagement, and maintaining a friendly, authentic tone throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to subscriber messages in a timely manner
Maintain engaging, professional, and natural conversations
Follow internal guidelines and communication workflows
Escalate sensitive or complex situations when necessary
Handle multiple conversations efficiently
Requirements
Strong written English skills
Previous experience in customer support, sales chat, or OF chatting is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once
Reliable internet connection and stable work environment
Strong attention to detail and professionalism in written communication
