Hi! I'm Maarten. I run multiple Shopify dropshipping stores in the fashion space. Business is growing, and we're now looking for one dedicated customer support specialist to take over our daily inbox — for the long haul.
What you'll do
You'll handle the daily flow of customer emails for our stores: returns, delivery time questions, order changes, product questions, complaints, and general support. We don't use a helpdesk tool — everything runs through Gmail/Outlook, so you need to be comfortable working clean and organized straight from an inbox.
You'll work with Shopify (orders, refunds, tracking) and translation tools when needed.
What we expect
Reply to customers within 1–2 hours during EU office hours (CET, roughly 9:00–18:00).
Professional, friendly, on-brand tone — fashion customers expect a certain level of care.
Solid English writing.
Strong translation skills — you must be confident using translation tools (DeepL, Google Translate, ChatGPT, etc.) to reply accurately and naturally to customers in multiple languages. We sell across different markets, so messages should never read like a rough machine translation.
Knowing your way around standard dropshipping situations: long shipping times, "where is my order", lost packages, return requests, sizing issues, refund flows, etc.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience doing customer support for dropshipping stores — fashion experience is strongly preferred.
You already know what good templates look like, how returns are usually handled in dropshipping, and how to de-escalate a frustrated customer.
Detail-oriented, fast, reliable, and proactive (you flag patterns, not just answer tickets).
You want a long-term relationship. We don't want to onboard a new person every few months — we want one person to grow with us.
