Quality Chatting Manager Needed (USD 7K+ Monthly Potential Salary)

I'm building one of the best rapport-based OFM agencies out there. I work 12+ hour days to get there. I need a Chatting Manager who wants to build it with me, not clock in.

Here's the deal: start at $1,500/month. Drive a 30% revenue lift and you take over 150k+/month accounts at a 3% payout. That's $10,000+/month, and your ceiling is your skill nothing else.

You're the person if:

You've run free-traffic accounts at 150–250 FTLs/day and trained a team to pull $2–3k/day off them. (If you haven't, this isn't your role yet.)
You monetize without burning fans , sharp unlock ratios, MMs that convert, welcome messages that set up the sale.

You have your own training system and a network of solid chatters you can bring in.

You lead from inside the chats: spot the issue, make the plan, coach the chatter, fix mistakes daily so we earn more daily.

You're organized, visible, and reachable 12+ hours a day.

How we chat: real rapport and warm-ups before the first PPV. Heavy GFE. We invest in fans, then sell. If you're aggro/spam-and-pray, don't apply. If GFE is your craft, you'll love it.

The test: talk is cheap, so we run a paid-skill test before anything's final. You pick a shift and chat for 8 hours on our accounts. We want to see real sales and your technique live, does it actually land on our accounts and our style? If you're confident you won't have a problem with this.

After the shift, you send us a doc or PDF that lays out: how you'd run your days, how you fix accounts and coach chatters, how you'd structure the agency, and your concrete plan to push sales on the accounts you worked. That plan + your shift numbers tell us everything.

The goal: scale this into a top-tier agency that prints daily and treats its people like partners. I want someone who grows with it and gets paid like an owner, not an employee.
