The Veil Agency is a U.S.-based creator management agency, and we're growing our chat team across Serbia and the wider Balkans. We run a structured, performance-driven operation — six teams covering fans 24/7 — and we're looking for sharp, reliable chatters who can hold a real conversation and close.

You'll handle inbound messaging for our OnlyFans creators: building genuine rapport with fans, driving PPV sales, and keeping subscribers engaged across your assigned shifts. The best chatters here read a conversation like a game they intend to win.

What you'll do
- Manage inbound fan conversations for assigned creators
- Build rapport and keep fans engaged — and spending — over time
- Drive PPV and upsell revenue: recognize buying signals and close
- Stay consistent and dialed-in across fixed shifts
- Hit performance targets we track fairly and reward directly

What we're looking for
- Strong written English — near-native fluency and a natural, conversational tone
- Sales instinct — you can read a chat and steer it toward a close
- Reliability — stable internet and dependable availability for fixed shifts
- Discretion and consistency — this is private work, and we treat it that way
- A competitive streak — you want to be the top earner on the board

Experience is a plus, not a dealbreaker. If you've got the instinct, we'll train the rest.
