n8n Automation Specialist – Telegram Bot Creator Reward System
Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Project-based

We’re looking for an n8n expert to build a fully automated workflow for our Telegram bot creator reward system. The system should track creator activity and automatically issue credits when they publish social media content mentioning our bot.

Workflow Overview
Form Submission (Website)Fields: email, Telegram username, screenshot upload (proof), optional details.
Triggers a workflow in n8n.
Telegram NotificationWhen a submission is received, you get a Telegram message.
Options in Telegram:Approve: user receives confirmation email; record saved in spreadsheet.
Reject: user receives rejection email with optional reason.
Spreadsheet LoggingApproved submissions saved in Excel/Google Sheets.
Fields: Telegram username, credits/tokens issued, other optional details.

Requirements
Build full n8n workflow integrating:Website form (any form platform you recommend)
Telegram (approval/rejection flow)
Email notifications
Spreadsheet logging (Excel or Google Sheets)
Clean, stable logic for approval/rejection.
Easy-to-manage setup for non-technical use.
Suggestions for Telegram-based approval flow are welcome.

Nice to Have
Experience with file uploads in forms.
Experience with bot-related automations and reward systems.
Recommendations for best form + spreadsheet/email integration stack.

Deliverables
Working n8n workflow connecting all components.
Documentation / setup guide for using and managing the workflow.
Suggestions for future improvements or optimizations.
