About Us
We are a growing auto parts dealership seeking an experienced Odoo ERP expert or agency to implement a complete ERP solution. The goal is to streamline operations, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall business efficiency.

Scope of Work
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Conduct detailed assessment of current business processes
Identify gaps and ERP workflow requirements
2. Odoo Deployment & Configuration

Install and configure Odoo (Community or Enterprise edition as needed)
Set up multi-user environment and access rights
3. Module Customization & Integration

Sales Management: Quoting, order processing, invoicing
Purchase Management: Supplier orders, purchase tracking
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Stock movements, multi-location tracking
Accounting & Invoicing: Financial reports, accounts payable/receivable
CRM: Lead and customer management
Vendor/Supplier Management
Barcode system implementation (if needed)
4. Reporting & Analytics

Custom dashboards for inventory, sales, and purchasing
Exportable reports for decision-making
5. Data Migration

Migrate data from existing systems (inventory, customers, suppliers)
6. Training & Documentation

User training for staff

Technical Requirements
