Odoo Functional Expert – Small Community Implementation
Budget: USD 50 (fixed)
Time: 10 hours total
Platform: Odoo Community

We are seeking a hands-on Odoo Functional Expert for a practical, focused implementation. This is not suitable for someone who only knows basic screens—you must be able to think through real operational flows and map business processes into Odoo.

Scope of Work
You will handle two business scenarios:

1. Import-Export Company

Multiple warehouses
Product setup and categorization
Purchase flow, goods receipt, and stock movement
Sales flow and stock reservation
Advance sales and invoicing
Inventory reporting
2. Commercial Cleaning Supplies Company

Office creates order → warehouse gets picking note
Delivery note prints without prices
Signed delivery returned → accounts confirms delivery → invoice created
Stock reduces correctly
Invoice pushed to QuickBooks
Each client site has an approved product list and negotiated pricing
Invoice values visible only to accounts role

Expectations
You must:

Map business requirements to Odoo Community functionality
Identify where customization is required
Communicate clearly and provide practical, detail-oriented guidance
Focus on solutions that work within standard Odoo where possible

Required Experience
Real, hands-on experience with Odoo Community implementations
End-to-end knowledge of Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Invoicing flows
Experience with warehouse operations, including delivery, stock movement, and reserved stock
Handling customer-specific pricing and restricted product lists
Familiarity with QuickBooks integration or accounting handover flows
